Mine upgraded on the 14th Sept from 10Mbps(contract expired) to 30Mbps.  They will come to change my router on 1st Oct.  Everything went smoothly.  Could be I've called them 2 weeks earlier for the arrangement and I'm in the earlier queue.

Anyway, I'm using ASUS gigantic router and just a reboot to get the 30/30Mbps speed.  For speedtest, benchmark it against speedtest.maxis.com.my website.

Haiz. One of my account has been upgraded since the 13th. Another one still left hanging. Oh maxis whyy whyy?

*Update: Just made noise again and requested to speak to decision maker. Got put on hold and waited about 10mins. Ended up got informed and promised the upgrade will take place within 2 hours today.

Spill all your have and pressure them if you're still waiting.. Seriously, I do not know why are they doing this.

Yesterday, I live chat with Maxis to ask regarding the upgrade. I have registered since day 1 when they announced the 100 and 30mbps  package. Today I checked my account, it got upgraded to 100mbps from 10mbps@RM 118. However I tested my speed, still capped at previous 10mbps.

My current BTU should be the huawei, with a TM logo. And router is the Thomson.

Maxis haven't call me to install new router etc.

Yea very sad. I noticed people getting calls regarding the upgrade but I didn't get any. So I registered few more times online. Still no one called. Hence I live chat with them on Sunday.

Just tested my speed, still at 10mbps. I will wait for Maxis to call within this week, if not I just wanna jump to TM, so fed up.

If go maxis, they also ask you to submit from the web site, I receive call from maxis to upgrade for one account, another account he say another team handle, ask me wait for the call. I direct call to CS to request for upgrade, one hour later, both of my account have been upgrade.
Just try the speedtest with the new TP-Link router, now wait for router replacement for my another account.

Just change to maxis today. Both Maxis and Unifi installer come and do together..it quite smooth..

They give me AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit router even i subscribe 30mbps. They will give u a new modem also with TM Logo

they set up 2 type of ssid

2.5g and 5g..so far so good the wifi... same like unifi.. because my hse is running copper so i opt for 30mbps... cut down the internet fees

i play pubg mobile and notice connection stable and lower ping compare to unifi

i'm using maxis fiber... with unifi tp-link router now...

Does Maxis fibre broadband still have referral program that have bill rebate?

fixed my upload capped at 30mbps. issue was my account was capped at 100DL/30UP. TM tech came and change the ONU to nokia modem, then called their account manager probably. fixed less than 2 minutes. now speedtest shows 95+DL, 45+UL.
