Yes, maxis use unifi backbone.. Maxis and unifi actually signed agreement partnership.

Good News! Please be informed that Maxis will be having Maxis Home Fibre promotion from 2nd November 2015 until 31st December 2015. This promotion is only available for 10Mbps, 20Mbps and 30Mbps package. Kindly note that the Free 1 month Subscription will only be reflected in 2nd bill.

call them to reset ur port. Den restart ur modem router.

Call already. They guide me change channel. After that get back normal speed.

Both is same, because maxis use unifi backbone. Whenever unifi got issue maxis will got issue too.

my address was just covered with unifi, but i couldn't find it in maxis site. maxis should be available too right? is astro iptv available where maxis ftth coverage is available? |

Maxis use Unifi backbone. Its both same.. If unifi have issue den maxis also will have issue. So eventually both is same.
