Hi,

May I know how we can sell fractional shares in REITS? Got the reinvestment offer from AXIS but not sure if it is worth considering.

Any advice is appreciated.

Ask your broker but the charges depending on the brokers used

Malaysia doesnt have fractional shares yet..so what you got is likely odd lots. A lot is 100 shares.

You sell odd lot shares at the odd lot market..usually at huge discounts. Check your broker.

Wouldn't reinvestment will result in fractional shares? Not necessarily end with odd lots?

IOIP started rising two days ago.

The IOI Boulevard Office Property in Singapore might by 'monetised' into an SG REIT soon.

EPF has started loading-up.

Today should be the dividend payment for KLCC and IGB REITS, but I am yet to receive the payout or email notification.
Anyone experience the same? I use Maybank Trade.

I got my trade acc everything online. Everything were OK with the transactions through the app.
When I log on to the maybank trade through browser, I clicked my account, it prompts me to Account Activation. Maybe that's why there's no dividend payout.
Gotta call the CS tmrw.

when did you buy the stock ? must be purchase before EX-DATE to get dividend payout.

Sunreit is executing upgrading works of its assets from 2024 to 2027 which may result in disruptions n closures, n hit its profitability growth

just wanna put this here so people can understand that reits are not as stable as you think, and malaysia reits in general is not to be held long term, with exception to Malls reits only.

after about 10 years. this is the return.

reviving this topic. for the past 6months to 1 year, the reits has been rather exciting. at least the non-office reits...

i myself has divested from sunreit though, few months ago, would have earned a little more if i divested this week. not sure about the rest here. but meh... it's fine... 7 years in sunreit and bye bye now.

I'm still holding on to IGBREIT.

want to know the sentiment of others who might want to chip in...
