No,... and neither do I invest in CLI in the SGX,... but as much as I can, I try to monitor the whole REIT universe in the SGX. So,.. I think this is a good move-lar,... put back a Msian asset into the proper REIT.

Mreits doing very well this year but thread so quiet.

I guess wait till price start to go to second leg up for investor interest to restart. Like in 2019.

Yeah the recent catalyst for MREIT :
1. Interest rate hike slowing down
2. REIT Earning recovery (especially retail REIT, with sector reopening as well as minimal rental assistance provided to tenants)
3. MGS Yield falls

What do you guys think about Al salam REIT going up by a lot lately? I remember at one point it went below 0.4. now suddenly reaching 0.5 already
