Another question about company's AGM? Do they invite all shareholders (even small ones)? Or they have a certain threshold for the number of shares held?

Hey guys, sorry if I'm a bit out of topic but I'm curious about the Tax law in malaysia.
Some parts of the income distribution from REITs are tax exempted with the other parts arent. If I were a student and I were to get this income distribution, will my parents still be able to claim tax relief of RM6000?

Hey guys, a question about REITs. Does the share price automatically adjusts after they distribute their income (dividend) like a normal share?

Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd also selling some of their shares in PavReits  blink.gif

ooo thanks for the highlight. is this because the mgmt sold their shares till it dropped to RM1.40? Or is it because shareholders suddenly panic sell? O_o Mind enlightening me? smile.gif

Yeah, only one transaction, shouldn't be panic selling... PAVREIT management disposed their shares yesterday. But still, tempting to enter though hmm.gif

I think all rm1.40 upstream sellers at last minute cancel orders thus resulting in such outcome?
*
Well, bursa malaysia's system always takes the lower price between Buy & Sell. Example, buyers queuing at rm1.4 to 1.45, but if a seller is willing to sell at rm1.40, then buyers at 1.45 will get it first, then 1.44 but they will get it at 1.40.
