The private access road to Puchong Gateway from Cyberjaya/Putrajaya/16 Sierra direction have been blocked for about 2 months +, seems like someone has starting the construction for the u-turn fly over. At the same time, MetaCity is progressing the construction. I believed MetaCity is trying to speed up the construction to get more cash release from bank. The cash flow would help in cash flow to build the link bridge from the u-turn fly over towards the MetaCity. On the other hand, if they do not build the bridge now, they will have big trouble once the MRT in operation. MRT will probably not allow construction under the MRT rail while the train is in operation. As well as, MRT will not stop its train for the construction.
Hence, MetaCity must speed up the construction to meet the MRT project timeline.

I was quoted net price 282k for 450 sq ft (no cashback) by SA which translates to 626 psf. siao idk how they selling this kind of price.

Metacity sales staff at the showroom really very super unfriendly.
one of the worst i have seen. as if their project is so great high above the sky.
seems that the exclusivity is given only to Adrain Wee team.
they dont need the outsider to buy they just need AW.
one AW can pau the entire project.

Fine. this project success or not really depends on their mall.
i also want to see how far they can go with such attitudes.

while i was viewing there is this showroom personnel sitting at the sofa which i not sure who he is just sitting there relaxing only.
i was thirsty after surveying this seri kembangan area, and saw a machine at their showroom, standard right, suppose to open to public.
that staff, say those benefit is to serve AW and gang only.
walao, i was like this type of attitude. so the outsider customer is not really their target.

my agent friend brought me to see the layout, forget is 450sf or what. is nice layout and possibility of cutting extra room in living area.
but those kind of experience you get from Metacity.
and they also specially set up a room just to cater to AW only.

so, i know. even if your project can fly i also wont invest.
if the management can hire this kind of attitude staff, you would know what kind of management they having.
project not even fully sold or completed, and is a mall, not something easy to manage.
already so ARROGANT.

when i start seeing massive lelong at this area, i will clap my hand to them.
as it is now in seri kembangan this area already massive lelong units.

AW is quite arrogant and rough with his words.
but frankly he has a different set of thinking from the normal people.
ie dying with massive debts does make sense but when you come to do it, is not easily acceptable.

AW is not selling property or teaching you really how to choose property, he can claim how good he is.
in fact he is just selling DREAMS. if you follow him long enough, he dont really talk about property much.
he talks about money all the time, how to leverage on money.

U may try Equine Residence by reputable SG developer . Good location , walking bridge link to AEON equine park , walk to opposite <1km got 2 big chinese restaurant .
I stay in Galleria Equine nw plan to move thr afta it is rdy .

Metacity is about 2km away from o2 residence. O2 residence is a new development lelong until rm200+ persquareft.

I would be very wary of this project selling at 600 persqft.

Overall location wise Equine quite happening lah, business hub like office, f&b, hypermarket developed a lot here.

Accesibility easy access to MEX, SKVE, fly-over already started and built half way(last time drive around saw the progression) as the concept of this project I personally very suka, mainly is because of the MRT2 Station is just 3 minutes walking distance (I walk with the agent try if it is possible, and it works).

Indeed they need to rely on the Mall see whether they can build it up, if groceries I can go Aeon, Giant or Pasar Borong so doesn't affect that much.

Competitor for new project surrounding I think only have One Equine? Visited before, but the so called link bridge to MRT2 Station you will never wanted to walk tbh rclxub.gif not even convenient as you need to cross the junction, 15 minutes walking distance to Taman Equine MRT2 Station? No thanks

Just my personal view on this project lah, I grew up in Seri Kembangan, location wise and amenities indeed very convenient for Meta City.

Usually you stay where you will have slightly bias favorable to that place. you can ask anyone and they will tell you the same.
however what you have just shared also i agree. everything is there even MRT is near.
how successful will be for this project will be depended on the mall.
many people say Metacity never manage a mall before. so there is some risk there. just you want to take the risk or not.
assume they fail, is still a good place to stay and easy to use MRT to go to city.

about the sales staff just let them be. they are just low level people that think that they are better than you.
if they are better they wont be sitting at the showroom. these people wont go very far but it also shows how well is Metacity managing their staff.
staff like that i wont expect their management have good SOP. you can walk into those reputable developer showroom.
no matter who you are, you wear slipper also they will entertain you. Metacity just LOW STANDARD

Ya one of the thing is because I live here, but as my neutral perspective is that I saw everything in our daily basis can be find in Equine Park, I actually have a unit in Galleria there, last time still living there but now I rent it out already, rental almost cover my monthly installment, the concept of MetaCity actually is very unique lah, everything in their building plan already came out just need to see whether the mall going to work or not.

For the shopping mall, I have friend who working with The Lots, planning to take over the shopping mall management help them manage.

And one thing is that don't humiliate people who wear slipper lah, wearing slipper doesn't mean they are low level also, if you got the money to buy property, who will care if you wear slipper or not? Very rude
