Meta city looks like a lemon. In this market rm300psqft maybe ok la. But its selling rm600+ persqft.
Maybe wait for auction. |

I heard that they are having a merdeka promo until end of august. Extra rebate is given during this promotion.
(Up to date) My brother in law just visited their showroom, the direct linkbridge connect to the Mrt2 Station and the New shopping Mall is confirmed, they even have a flyover highway link back to their own project now.  |
