Ecohill Walk mall has space constraint, actually I am putting more hope on the Silversquare / SEH 2 commercial hub. This is an important commercial area that needs even better coordination.

Some said VP end of this year, not sure how true.. Based on progress, only possible if they rush..

My source tell me there are many big bosses purchasing the Taipan shoplot, some may open their branch here.. They are targetting some banks as well.

Of course all only verbal communication, not sure how true ler..

Strong investor? Now GVH stuck in very bad condition, entry price 700k, if want to rent, can rent at RM 900 ah? Even want to rent at RM 900, also not many interested. brows.gif brows.gif

Now the units close to guard house / linear park many already got occupants (some row even 80% occupancy), only at the far side less occupant. That far side rows are associate/staffs units ler.

another point supporting this is the units advertise for sell in GVH are basically very minimal..

even u spot those advertise for sell compared to SEH... those are sub con units... which the entitle to enjoy freebies..

Already told you before, dun compare the banner. SEH along Ecohill link, high visibility. GVH isoldated in a rock mountain, nobody is going there to look at the banner. Put banner in GVH for ghost to see meh?

Yes, GVH vacant unit is for investment, but now stuck in big problem :

1.) Cannot sell - because developer selling unit with lower price (first phase buyer never expect this happens).

2.) Cannot rent - because isolated in rock mountain, no one will go this place, far away from amenities and most important no access road. Agent don't want to go and waste money advertise.

If people know SHL throwing price for the same unit in GVH for the phase 2, will there anyone going to buy phase 1 or not?

You accuse people go to line up is solely for flipping, never consider this and that.. How you will know what will happen in future?

If SHL throw price again for phase 3 later, can I say you go to buy phase 2 is a flipper too, coz never consider properly developer will drop price?

GVH phase 1 many buy for flipping, that's why sold off.

Phase 2 late phase maybe more buy for ownstay, but due to lousy living environment and access, not many people buying. That's why until today still have many units for sale.
