I ask my kawan who bought Everna intermediate.. He said Everna end lot side garden is 15 feet, but next to linear park/garden, so price quite premium.. Corner lot is 20 feet, but if next to linear garden will be much expensive .

No, Bravas is for next phase..

The toilet in the middle normally have window, it will be connected to the external via ceiling (not reachable without ladder), be it intermediate or end lot/corner unit.

The ceiling height for this middle bathroom normally very high. There are some windows attached to the ceiling, not only the exhaust fan. If you open this windows, normally you almost able to see your rooftop.

I dun have the picture with me now.. if you go to the show house, you would be able to see it clearly..

It is window with glass, something like this or with different pattern one..

If install fan, can work more effectively loh..

Anyhow, for me personally, I don't rely on SA too much on the product info (not only for SPS, for others as well). I would prefer to refer brochures / video as record.

Not so fast.. If based on past experience, your "discount" should way higher to cover up progressive interest. The billing only turns very fast a few months before VP.
