Bear, how you comment about the occupancy? I said 35% - 40% overall, you agree or not?

Why only take picture at the far end side which are the reserved units for staffs and associates? Why no dare to take the pictures for the rows that near to guardhouse or linear garden? Occupancy too high until no dare to take picture ah? laugh.gif laugh.gif

hahaha, this is 20 x 65 units, buildup from 1556 sqf onwards, for a small family with 3-4 members good enough loh..

Of course cannot compare with your Goodview Height lah, 22 x 75, pricing also 50% higher mah... brows.gif

Aiyo, phase by phase lah... Some VP as early as October, some as late as December lah.. You dunno meh?

The condition for SEH 2 and EcoMajestic I dunno woh, no crystal ball to predict. But Goodview Height already is a fact VP 1.5 years now, no occupant no investor, proved gg.com @ ghost town ald.. You also go there buy a unit, So how?

I saw many units are under renovation now, soon there will be more people move in lah...

If all the occupants in SEH now move to goodview height, then goodview height sure 100% occupancy now.. But, goodview height already gg.com, no owner or investor will move in, SEH occupancy easily superceed the occupancy in GVH for sure.. biggrin.gif

The 360 clubhouse opens to the residents of SEH 1 Precint 2 and 3 owners.

Nonetheless, I believe it will depend on its sustainability. From my perception it may open to SEH1 Precint 1 owner 1 day. Not surprise it will be opened to SEH 2 as well, it is just merely a 5 minutes driving through the Ecohill link.

The access road between SEH 1, EcoMajestic and SEH 2 are all public roads, accessible by every resident in the townships. It will become more obvious after the EcoMajestic Lekas toll open later.

Fencing only will be put on respective precint for the resident access.

MRT extension to Semenyih / Beranang area I believe will be realized one day, but may not be so soon. Anyhow, from SEH 1 to MRT kajang Sungai Kantan station (Saujan Impian) station just about 10 minutes drive via Lekas Ecohill.

I actually more hoping if the missing link between Lekas and Plus highway can be realized one day.

The next big game changer would be EKVE, which Semenyih residents can reach Ampang waterfront within 20 minutes.

Yes, can check on this video to gauge the distance.. At 10:51 we will see the Tesco Kajang. Sungai Kantan station is located behind Tesco Kajang.

The Sungai Long interchange shall be located along Silk highway, very near to Goodview Height.

From SEH 1 using Ecohill link, Lekas then interchange to Silk, will reach this interchange within 5 - 10 minutes driving..

SEH 2 is abit further away compare to SEH 1, but it is convenient to drive through the Ecohill link to reach Tesco Semenyih and Semenyih Central for market and banks service.

SEH 2 shall rely more on commercial area in Ecomajestic, such as Ivoris and Brighton on the initial stage. The real potential of SEH 2 would be on the Silversquare/Majestic city developed by EcoWorld later.

Yeah, SEH 2 also have commercial area, next to Silversquare. Nonetheless, since EM already launched 2 years + already, I believe they they will build up the commercial first and then followed by SEH 2.

In future, there will be big commecial hub there, benefitial to all residents in this township.

Yeah, EcoMajestic is the first landed signature project by EcoWorld in Klang Valley. I hope they will do it properly to set a good example for their subsequent projects.

Do u know notice in Ecohill 1, i saw some terrace houses are fenced up quite low and also seem there is no proper guardhouse built. Is that only a temporary before they build a proper one?

Hope they will improve more in the SEH 2. Hehehe...

Fencing for SEH 1 is either 6 feet or 5 feet, guard house is temporary, there will be new guard house to be built later.

I have been told it should be similiar, perhaps you can check with the SA.

Guard house should be the modern type, but cannot expect something like EcoMajestic, which higher premium is charged.
