Any idea where does the HTC runs in SEH 2 ? Is it near the proposed DSL 20x65/20x70 ?

It's coming very soon!
It's stated scheduled for completion mid-2018 so 1st phase is not strata-titled?

Some key notes:
- 1st phase named Springfield Residences, comprising 258 units 2-storey terraced and 96 units cluster SD

Yeah, they call it as "Woodland"..

I thought that is Highlands, current launch is Woodlands?

Huh, not sure then.. What I have been told is those precinct near to Bukit Tempurung is highland..

Current launch is the precinct nearer to Lekas highway, aka Woodlands. The one nearer to Bkt Tempurung is Highlands. Last but not least, the southern most precinct situated on the lowest land is called Wetlands.

Confusing ge neh, not sure if it is represented in such a way.
