2% discount upon VP (u have to signed your loan agreement with 6months from LO date) + 2% discount upon VP (u hv to fully settle all payment) + 2% reference reward.

Bank called few days ago. 90% approved. Yupee!!!! Rate look very nice too 4.25% as approved before bank change the +++ stuff and dropped OPR help reduced my BR
