Exactly, the PNB staff calls me and pushing me to buy by telling me that the new fund will usually performs good on the 1st year. I asked her if she buys (forget she is a bumi and have other options), she said will buy a little.

PNB never in their history imposes a sales charge of 1% after offering period for their fixed price products, (ASW has been in the market for 13 years, they never have sales charge), this time they impose 1% for AS1M just to give pressure to all investors, "if u dont buy now i will charge u more".....marketing strategy

Dun wanna buy lo coz saw the less ppl in post office.Kinda sucks for imposing 1% service charge fees.Like ripping ppl off.

During promotional period, there is no service charge.

any reports on queue status yet?.. have malaysians donated 1bil to najib's piggy bank yet?..

I just came back from Maybank.. the system is down... the process is half way my $$ is still in the casher hand but no choice have to go back office..

They say the whole Malaysia PNB is system down, is that true????

Nope. i waited for 1/2 hour to get my application processed this morning at Maybank, Subang Airport

i cant detect any sarcasm here...3 billion units ( for chinese) finished in few hrs is total bs, no even one colleague of mine interested with this fund compare to ASM. i'm quite sure this fund will still be available for at least a week

No.. not much ppl...compare to last time ASM i think is 60% less..... I am at Kelana Business centre Maybank.. I should go Subang Air-port there, not far from there... haih......

It may take weeks or months for the non-Bumi quota to be sold out. At least I am unexcited and I don't queue and buy on the 1st day this time around.
