How did you hard reset your phone? Through the "Reset your phone" button on the about settings or using the Windows Device Recovery Tool?

If you did it through the "Reset your phone" button, try using the WDRT instead.

from your siggy I can see your set is virgin set?
if it's locked under Virgin network, you need to wait for your carrier service to deliver the update because you're upgrading from 8.1
if I'm not wrong, update can be pushed out directly to users by Microsoft and bypass carrier service on win10, but not on 8.1

Already upgrade to windows 10 2 days ago, it takes a long time to upgrade, 3 hours! Maybe my phone got lots of data and apps

Hotspot finally works. Phone still randomly restarts once in a while.

battery drain faster could be due to skype and messaging combine together, without logging out, it drain lots of battery running skype in background

I check my usage is more toward microsoft edge.. I just uncheck for app running back ground. But when you use the explorer, it suck like 1%per minute. Mine goes for 74% for app explorer battery drainer.

Just updated my Lumia 930 to 10586.105 and then to .164 this morning. Took quite a while to fully complete the update.

Noticed that my quick status on lock screen does not show, no matter that apps that I have set. Anyone have the same problem?

Mine works fine. Also running L930 with official Windows 10 Mobile.

Mine takes 3 hours for the first upgrade and half hours later for second upgrade :-D

no problem with quick status, maybe you need to check everything setting in there, setting not carry forward from WP8.1

However I do notice LINE live tile keep showing have message even though it is already read.

Yeah, tried found the settings for quick status on lockscreen, changed it to several apps but no changes. I read somewhere that might need to hard reset. But oddly enough, my phone had a random reboot this morning and after that the quick status on lockscreen worked!
Good thing I have not planned to do any hard reset yet

Found that some apps might still be a little buggy, sometimes closes randomly. And fonts on Whatsapp are quite small Other than that, everything else seems fine so far, including battery life.

some apps might need to reinstall to work normally, bugs perhaps, or maybe compatibility with w10
