nope. but i got sms that stated my credit card application was approved. i tot for my maybank2 card which i already used for 4 months. but then why they dont called me to pick up the new card?

nope. last time they called me asked about my car loan that I applied in June. But then I old them i was not signed any loan with them since i chose PBB. Do you think because of this? Should I just accept this credit card or call them to cancel it?

Did Agoda still have the 5% discount if using amex? coz last time i buy at Agoda using amex is ages ago. Still remember after putting my cc number the discount will be reflected immediately. But just now try but no changes/discount show.

And quite suprising after checking on the resort own website the price is way more cheaper compared to Agoda.

it's actually 5% because of maybank, not because of amex. and it's 5% for gold and 7% for plat and above.

and it's actually agoda.com/maybank the right url is needed i believe. though every other bank seems to have it now.

since you know about this discount means your cc is eligible for it. but since it's ages ago as you mentioned, most probably you have forgotten to enter via agoda.com/maybank

yeah, most probably due to this reason. mbb car loan is under mbb islamic. and you need to sign the loan application form for them to proceed whether you qualified for the loan. but since you chose another bank for your loan, by right they should cancel your whole loan application and not proceed with cc application instead. but anyway, if you need this cc to compliment your mbb2cards (already maximised your cb), you may activate and use this cc.

According to the CS last week, MBB will charge GST on the 14th of the anniversary month.

from wat i read, only miles point is affected by the new system isnt it?
so from march onwards, all the point is change to 14500tp for rm50?
