risky wo, not even one project is siap yet. Now total they have 5 projects around there.

Silk Residence, Silk Sky, Emerald Residence. Landmark II include Symphony by CHS sister company. rclxub.gif

No wonder their staff is abit worried...

The netizen also by chs subsidiary too right ?
And I heard at bmc main road opposite the hardware they going to build apartment by chs too
So far silk residence and mshkota residence the developer made money .
On going 4-5 project got many units left

i think affordability is the main factor. Most soho are fully booked, left bigger units. laugh.gif

the layout for this symphony tower is bad..

how come the common toilet window is facing the main entrance area?

and the small room for the 9xx sqf unit is really small...more like a small room..

balcony is too huge...this project is very close to highway, don think the huge balcony is a need for it..better put full height window, no balcony..put more space for the bedrooms...

Actually i also prefer they scrap the balcony & make the room bigger with full height glass window.

ya i agree, the basic layout placement is similar to silk residence and silk sky but the designs and amendments done make the layout poorly executed. Doesnt look spacious, and all the beds are facing the toilet door or the door opening (in fengshui also no good).
