Seems like good catch, I think market price for 500sqft studio around RM 300k++ depending on floors and views (face Amerin lower price, face KLCC higher price), above 1000 sqft units around RM 400k++.

Yeah, fully furnished studio units, rentals seem quite ok also. Quite a number of high rises in Balakong, I think there's a townhouse projects coming up as well.
