I like it because of 5 tier security. More privacy by thinking most of the units may rent out instead of own stay if compare to sky silk only 3 tiers.

How it count as 5 tiers?

1. Guard house, 2. parking, 3. lift lobby, 4. lift floor access, 5. floor corridor acess... Ini macam??

my first thought when i am in the SOHO unit is, modern looking, hotel suite design. Practical wise like you mentioned, kitchen beside the bed just doesn't appeal to me. Maybe for those that doesn't cook should yield better sense.

Investment i think feasible if you plan to hold it, likewise Landmark II SOHOs are all sold instantly do echo that the price bracket and space is being accepted and affordable to young adults near the vicinity. Rental yield really not sure since silk sky where the first soho around the area is still under con.

Are u sure silk sky is the 1st Soho at that area?

I thought nearby c180 completed for for few years also got Soho suites unit

CHS very active recently, lots of projects together and fast progress too, as seen from landmark and silksky.

their "signature" is sibeh sempit airway space between 2 yards.
the airway distance macam can jump over to the other unit yard.

Agent said 90% but saw AmBank flyer stated SOHO 85% only.
