Many of their staff worry cos they suddenly start so many development at same time . Very risk
How many millions interest got to pay for bank ..
Personally not confident to this developer for high rise residence .

And I heard at bmc main road opposite the hardware they going to build apartment by chs too
So far silk residence and mshkota residence the developer made money .
On going 4-5 project got many units left

Even no symphony tower , I see the mall orientation front facade is facing inside also weird already
This like the mall only serving for inside taman community itself only.
Like ss2 mall and 1shamelin mall .

Just visit the condo in penang
Although is fully sold but occupied rate just 10%
Those unoccupied units the Investor never pay the maintenance
The management in trouble now
