Amerin mall totally cant be seen from highway later, blocked this mall. haha

But I got feel like HK pack look when passby using silk, imagine 2 highrise building from far with a highway gone through it.

Sifuahbear you forgot I told you before OUG Parklane not 4600 units, is 4225 units only, why you add in another 375 units from thin air ?

Anyway launch on 8th 'February or 2nd of August ?? I interest to get a Studio unit there, where to book ?? smile.gif

CHS quality wise a bit rough not so refine based on few projects that completed in cheras... and first 2 with so high levels.. currently under cons high is silk residence, silk sky and launching ones are this, Landmark II, Ascotte Boulevard, and Emerald..

i think CHS wanna Cheras folks to remember that Cheras is his landmark. he building the higest in Cheras, 2nd higest also CHS.. now join with Hongkie on concept, then lifts are transparent ones lol

but so far stay ok... now got concept, if you see clearly the built up looks like piano.. then front door got musical landmark..

the badminton court are 2 in numbers on roof top indoor and basketball merely half court in door too.. lot thing dun remember, but the jogging track, and the swimming full Olympic size

1000++ yup, but studio quite a number..
