10 storey car park is crazy.
If in and out twice a day means you already round forty floors. Pening! |

QUOTE(rainman19 @ Apr 22 2015, 11:21 PM) Yeah..Not all units facing highway.. QUOTE(Bahkuteh @ Apr 23 2015, 12:17 AM) At first I also thought that way, but before I made my decision..I already ask the agent about the parking structure..If you buy highest, your parking will be lowest; if you buy lowest, your parking will be highest. For the 10 floors parking, you no need to turn 10 rounds if your parking at 10th floor, you only need to turn 5 rounds to reach top..because it up 2 floors at one time.. So not so bad la.. |

design is more modern than silk sky but the layout looks not so spacious compared to silk sky punya 3r2b ... i went with family and friends ... all of them agree as they had visited silk sky showroom before.

Ya, the design does't look spacious but overall still ok.Anyway, what do you think of the SOHO design? Particularly the 504sqft type, as I don't prefer the rest SOHO design due to kitchen beside the bed. Is SOHO worth to invest in this area? |

QUOTE(Ferucioustee @ Apr 27 2015, 12:00 PM) Ya, the design does't look spacious but overall still ok. my first thought when i am in the SOHO unit is, modern looking, hotel suite design. Practical wise like you mentioned, kitchen beside the bed just doesn't appeal to me. Maybe for those that doesn't cook should yield better sense.Anyway, what do you think of the SOHO design? Particularly the 504sqft type, as I don't prefer the rest SOHO design due to kitchen beside the bed. Is SOHO worth to invest in this area? Investment i think feasible if you plan to hold it, likewise Landmark II SOHOs are all sold instantly do echo that the price bracket and space is being accepted and affordable to young adults near the vicinity. Rental yield really not sure since silk sky where the first soho around the area is still under con. |

I like it because of 5 tier security. More privacy by thinking most of the units may rent out instead of own stay if compare to sky silk only 3 tiers.
