Will existing VIP10 users who are paying RM199 monthly have their bill automatically reflected with new RM179 monthly or we'll have to terminate and resubscribe?

They should reduce all Unifi price packages now since 30 and 50mb is launch.

for VIP10 user, how about those who upgraded from VIP5 with special price? I upgraded mine from VIP5 to VIP10 last year, and my bill is only RM179 due to the promotion at that time. so the price reduction is useless to people like me, right?

Yes can consider the reduction not relevant for you since you were offered the same price previously.

I'm one of the victims... we are bound with 2 years renewal contract. Does the ppl who upgrade VIP5 to VIP10 now after the reduction comes with contract? i doubt so.......

And I'm the only one using the connection.

Before this I could get 18-19Mbps, up and down


but I still love the ping. Playing online games, no lag at all..

will they add on a contract extension if we do that ? I think my contract with them with expired, so i can dump tmnut if i want.

But if i write to them to change my subscription fees to the new price reduction one, will they try to extend my contract to another 2 years ? hmm.gif
