Hi,
What is the no. to call for VIP10 - RM179 promotion. Got call from them last Dec 2014. but I said will wait for new 2015 promotion.
Try to call back the no. that they called me last time, is general TM line.

QUOTE(memphiz_zero88 @ Apr 17 2015, 01:35 PM) for VIP10 user, how about those who upgraded from VIP5 with special price? I upgraded mine from VIP5 to VIP10 last year, and my bill is only RM179 due to the promotion at that time. so the price reduction is useless to people like me, right? same with you.. just upgrade with VIP10 last few month.. seem like useless This post has been edited by cipan2001: Apr 17 2015, 01:39 PM

Was offer 30MB today. Asking them to call me back around 4.30 p.m
1) So, no free landlines call ? 2) My Apartment using VDSL2. Any issue ?

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jul 13 2015, 02:34 PM) VDSL2 theoretically is able to support until 50 Mb/s. Thanks for prompt reply.

QUOTE(ks1230 @ Jul 13 2015, 09:01 PM) ohh..i though need to add on RM 20+ for free landlines.. Thats what I read from this thread. However, they said this free promotion upgrade for selected customers. Permanently free, confirm 3 times before accepting the offer to make sure I didn't misinterpret it.
