Sold off my old tank.

Guppies back in pond.

Making list of things to buy for my first planted tank tongue.gif

Still undecided if I wanna go for an iwagumi look, or driftwood jungly look. rclxub.gif Either way, UG will probably be there. Anyone has experience growing UG in low tech tank?

Im new too. tongue.gif

Just personal opinion, i think the plant on left and right (micranthemum?) should put a bit to the back. Not suitable as foreground unless it's short or forms a carpet. Let the hairgrass fill the front, and perhaps the micranthemum can creep a bit at the left and right. will look more spacious. thumbup.gif

if u dont mind me asking, may i know what kind of lighting do u use?

Nice planted tank, here's my noob tank.
I found that Pygmy Chain Sword, Echinodorus Tenellus (might be wrong name) is the best plant for a low tech tank without CO2, and without soil, just holland sand.

All easy plants like annubia, Java Fern, Java Moss will melt in my tank after a few months, but this plant just keep growing.

Sorry, but where can I purchase simple tanks (5 gallon will do)? And are plastic tanks better than glass? Plastic seems to be cheaper than glass though.
