Just personal opinion, i think the plant on left and right (micranthemum?) should put a bit to the back. Not suitable as foreground unless it's short or forms a carpet. Let the hairgrass fill the front, and perhaps the micranthemum can creep a bit at the left and right. will look more spacious.

solve the underlying issues :
1) excess light - reduce lighting period by 1/2hr each day
2) excess feeding - feed less or alternate days
3) excess nutrient to plants

your BGA is only localized? if yes, possible is your water flow in that area not enough too?

kimimaro's chemical warfare also will help too but i usually leave it until the last straw.

the nutrients maybe need to cut back as well and then increase it later on. because if its either work of light or nutrient that causes algae.

for the lighting period, u may want to reduce it to 6hours. if there are signs for any trouble, you may reduce it even further. FYI, my 4ft tank only turn lights on for 4-5 hours using led 40W (but mine is red/blue growlight) so far it reduced my BBA which is even more headache. plants seems doesn;t mind the reduced light wattage (previous on same 4-5 hours photoperiod).

1) flying fox is Epalzeorhynchus kalopterus,  Crossocheilus oblongus is Siamese Algae Eater. Both different species though they look very very similar that some seller are confused and labelled them wrongly..

i bought my siamese algae eater, thinking that they were OTO in the first place, then after reading various sources online for a day or 2 that i notice that there are many variants of algae eaters..

if it's Siamese algae eater, the fins should be clear without any color, and the black bar on body should extend to the tail.

better u save some oto catfish flying fox and sae picture in your phone for reference..
there is quite obvious differences between SAE and OTO..OTO is a catfish species(i think), so it has that flat+wide head just like ikan keli and SAE is somehow looks like ikan bilis..and please be careful, you might confuse between SAE, CAE(useless but some shop claim it is algae eater because its look like SAE), Flying Fox, and OTO..just prepare some picture so u can refer while looking at the fish live infront..
