Grajindo,
Are you using QVOD player?
Please uninstall this player as it has conflict with your Realtek LAN driver.
Then see if BSOD still happens.

Grajindo,
I am afraid that i have to told you. You might be having a severe system failure which as result your minidump file could not even be captured properly by your system anymore. Mostly, it would be related to your processor.

How old is your system?

Do you have Kaspersky running on your XP?
It seems to me that you have application crash for kaspersky and speedfan.
And your XP ntoskernel.exe is not able to load.

Basically 0X50 is all about RAM but in this case i i will refer it as a faulty service.
Please do a system repair (not format) for your XP and see how it goes.
System repair = reinstall xp ?
Hmm. How to repair ? Noob here. Thanks

I see. Well, that is what i can do for you now. Nothing much i can do as for now since the data is corrupted and i suspect it is a hardware failure.
I would suggest you to send to service center and let the technician handles for you.
I will rest this case here.
Sorry for not able to help further.

Thanks

Yes, im using kaspersky.

I just repaired it. But got an error in the midst of doing it.

CODE
Fake setup call himself instead original "Setup.exe"

The problem does not ends there. Now my Vista OS no longer shows in the booting option menu. Instead all i can see is XP and it somehow configured to like auto-select within seconds.

I really dun get it. I install vista in C:/ and XP in D:/. Even there's a problem in repairing XP, how can it affect my vista anyhow ?

How to get about in this situation ? Thanks in advance.

Ahh...this is something new to me.
Are you saying that you are not able to enter Vista now?

Do you still manage to enter XP? Please clarified to me.

You can have a look at this
http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=1419
http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?id=669
http://www.msfn.org/board/lofiversion/index.php/t70780.html

You can reinstall your XP, but you have to enter at least one of the window to backup all your file in XP.
As for Vista issue, i am not sure why it happens like that. We will have a look on it after you reinstall your XP. You might need to repair your Vista too.

This is because XP come 1st and Vista next, then only it will show on boot sequence. My understanding is that..

Instead of BSOD, i've got that in xp.

*** CANNOT Enter both OS ***
When i install dual boot on my xps, I have vista, then only i install xp. So, i really dun think how it would affect the boot sequence.

Added on December 10, 2008, 10:38 pmLOL !!!! I knew why. Cause my XP is SP3. The cd used for repair is SP2.

Yeah. Need more pros to share their view. Cause i have been developing web + database for a project. Cannot risk losing them.

Err. Cannot solve le. What do you suggest ? Instead of reinstalling XP ? I would wanna backup the files 1st.

Last resort: reinstalling XP.
What for: to access my vista =.=

Do you mean that you cannot use both window now?
If that is the case, you may need to use your HDD on other pc to backup the file.

I will look over your dump file again.
Sorry for inconvenient caused to you.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean backup or use a SP3 cd to repair?

Confirmed is due to my repair cd version is not compatible with my current system.

If you are pretty sure system repair can solve the BSOD, then i think it's pretty much worth the try. To burn a new copy of XP cd which is compatible to my current sys, so that it can repair.

Well,
we can compare it. You have no problem on Vista but you have problem on XP. That is obvious that it is not a hardware problem.

Do you just installed kaspersky recently? Your problem started on the 7th of December

Furthermore, 0X50 pointing to a bad driver or a bad service name. Either you have recently installed a bad driver which is not compatible, or else it should be your OS corrupted. NTOSKRNL.exe handles driver. Did you modificate any of the driver recently?

Add: You could be having a bad partition on XP drive too. Possible for you to run CHKDSK/r from Recovery Console?

Okay. XPS M1530 came in vista. It does not have official drivers on XP platform. There's a thread in dell where i found those drivers for xp, not officially certified but were close to be compatible. I have been using the dual boot for 1 year, so far it's all good. Kaspersky has been in my laptop for that long also.

The only problem i've had over in a year is that the driver of nvidia tends to hang, and it would revert to vga. Restarting laptop cannot help. But rolling back driver + reinstall driver can. Total hang over nvidia is less than 10x in a year.

Therefore, i would dare to say the bsod is actually caused by the graphic driver somehow, perhaps even indirectly i dunno. But that's what the past experience is telling. Furthermore, before BSOD, i was playing dota. Then hang, then things changed to vga. Same symptom.

I would run chkdsk now. But guess maybe got some bad sectors. Within this month, had the same dota + vga thingy for about 3x. But restart no bsod at all. Even no prob with graphics. All as usual.

Well,
You can have a suspect on that. But what is shown from your minidump file are errors on:
  • klif.sys
  • speedfan.sys
  • ntoskrnl.sys

You have speedfan installed?

I had speedfan installed, used to overclock. But changed to factory settings already. Now use it only to monitor the temperature and speed on samurize.

Summary from all the articles:

1. I should run chkdsk to make sure my hdd is error free.
2. If free, go Windows Recovery Console:
*expand d:\i386\ntoskrnl.ex_ c:\windows\system32
*hit Y, then enter to overwrite file.

But 1 thing, even if everything is done accordingly, and even it is solved - It is solved for BSOD.
CODE

Fake setup call himself instead original "Setup.exe"

LOL. Repair halfway, the files doesnt match. I still got stucked here. Correct ?
I googled but it doesnt seem injecting SP3 @ imaging it to XP cd is possible. Im in a real deepsh*t !!!!!

But not your fault, mine cause i installed sp3 !!!! omg

In that case, you need another system to produce a XP3 cd.
You can use NLite to slipstream sp2 to sp3 and burn into cd then try to install again.
You have SP3 imaging file?
Then try download Nlite and produce an unattended installation cd.

Download Nlite from below link
http://www.nliteos.com/

We can only know whether your BSOD issue is solved after you repair your system or you run CHKDSK.
Have you check the bad sector?
