If there are any confirmed news of new GPU arriving before GST, I will definitely go for it. I'm concentrating for 290X just following the reason of their dirt cheap pricing now. With similar pricing as GTX 980, I can make it with a 290X plus one decent PSU, may be plus one SSD. If the PSU will not be needed, this option may even offer me much less cost compared with coming gen, which i think it wont be cheap especially for GTX 980 rivalling model~

not yet dare to plan for 2 r9 380x/390x( u sure is r9 390x? not 380x) as my budget is just rm2K un less i sell off 2 r9 290x...

If R9 290X 8GB is RM1400, instant buy for me.

Imagine if like last time 1 usd = 3.25 ringgit. Then $299 is only RM970

even with the price now, which are (1299 for 4GB and 1699 for 8GB) making me care really less for its 'old' age)
