Yes fewer flippers more investo but no homeowner.. my friend bot this.. then he cancel other projects.. i say this one more untung mah biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yup...compared Parkhills...different 100k for same built up....

this one come with 2 side by side car parks....3 bedrooms with 3 washrooms...4 units airconds.... walking distance to LRT....minimum 2 major highways ....

drawback is near to HTC...leasehold....

but overall...is still very good buy if compared current new launches... rclxms.gif

yup...for Kinrara-Bkt Jalil got at least 6 LRT Stations....any how...the current roads also need to upgrade to cater high volume of traffic flows from nearby...

I am so interested with this property.

But one thing that make me unclear about the Loan legal fees & stamp duty, who gonna bear the cost? by purchaser or developer or can absorb by the bank's purchaser?


One thing about SPA stamp duty do we need to pay it too since the SPA legal fees is absorbed by the developer?

lastly, when do we need to pay all these legal fees and stamp duty, hopefully taikos here can help me newbies on buying property.

Hi, i am lawyer practising around PJ. I've taken 1unit for myself too tongue.gif
There is no Stamp duty on Spa yet as its still a Master title. Developer will bear the spa legal fees for this project. But not for loan agreement. You need to pay legal fees and stamp duty for loan agreement. Hence, you can pass your loan agreement to any of the legal firm you familiar outside if they could provide you nice rate and nice service biggrin.gif Gd luck yea!
