I got calls from them too... UOB is opened.. i might take UOB and since the loan agreement is not free by developer i will take it out and park at my legal firm.. any buyer here can pm me if wana inquiry about loan parts documentation and procedure

MBSB is offering BLR -2.4 for this project. I believe it's not the highest interest rate in the market now.

Currently UOB & MBSB already open their EF and loan application has started.
And they are offering 90% financing for 450k purchase price + 10k additional works + 20k car park(if applicable)
Other banks will come in sooner or later.
