Now they changed what they said d. They said they don't force, you can buy the unit at RM300k only. But they have 3 packages available if you want to add, which are:-

A) Additional works RM10,000
B) Add. Works + tandem c/p RM20,000
C) Add. Wokrs + side by side c/p RM30,000

Yeah, not in running numbers as few people handling and each of them has their own receipt book

Coz when the petrol station refill their tank will have fuel smell. Plus afraid of future minor or major mishandling accident (Eg. explosion if unfortunate).
Yeah, the location is very near to upcoming MRT. I think 10 mins walk away which is a very good location~ Now only two points that hits my mind is the HTC and the petrol stations. Anyhow, I've already paid the 5% 

Nope didn't manage to go to the site before balloting coz was pretty busy before that due to work. Then after balloting I got overexcited, quickly went and made booking for additional parking + payment. I got 19th floor.

Mine is facing Bukit OUG and LRT. Yup the unit i've got is pretty good, that's why didn't think much when making payment last Saturday lol..

Just went to the developer's office today to submit booking fee for the parking and house and was told by the developer that if I buy an extra car park, I must take their air-cond package as well. Did anyone experience that?

I feel the developer is forcing us to take the air-cond package.

The renovation package is optional but if you don't take the package you won't get an additional parking. It comes together in S&P. If you want additional parking, it is compulsory to take up the renovation package as the S&P is drafted that way.

The sealed piping might have problems in future that's what I'm worried and we need to hack the wall to fix it (eg leakage/ blocked piping). Management will only be responsible for the first two years if any problem occurs. After two years, all the cost of repairing etc will be on you.

What is the outcome after you have discuss with the Boss.

what make u think there is noone taking the additional work if they are not selling car park?

and they say no more selling for now..... but later they still can sell to "good" buyers.

Anyone here managed to place booking of rm15k and an additional carpark of rm500..total rm15.5k?

Honestly, it is quite interesting for this Block A purchasers... to be honest, the 10k works actually is reasonable compare to what they have offering (not only air-con, the whole works), if you really go and study and quote for the work with sub-con.
For Block B and C buyers, everyone looked that its worth, if you really follow up on the begining lauching date of this project, Block B & C have been sold out within 2 to 3 days, and 1 thing i would like to clarify to your understanding is - not only Block A buyers are educated. All lot of the buyers for Block B and C are actually highly educated too, and only thing made it diff is - the income has exceeded the affortable home limit... I just share my opinion, no offend..

waseh that time i can visit like once a month to see how is the project. hahah and practice walking. giler. 

hopefully those that paid won't get affected. 

yeah luh. 10k now. in 5 years time, given with 5% inflation rate.... so think, it's good investment for a/c.

After due consideration by the developer, and the feedback from some purchasers we have decided to withdraw the 10k additional works. Those deposits paid by purchasers who had purchased the additional works shall be treated as part of the deposit for the property. Additional carpark remains unchange.

No choice, i just called in. They said for those who made bookings, few of them didn't agree and made noise. So they are too lazy to handle all these. Just cancel it. I reckon upon VP those who want to install A/C will be susah a bit, have to follow their guideline. They don't want the project look like flat or apartment.

Sigh, my friend warned me about the risk of sharing the condo with affordable homes. I told them 300k isn't cheap, those qualified should be highly educated and considerate, won't be selfish. But seems like....

Susah hor, do also kena complain don't do also kena complain. I only can say we can't please everyone.

My team is here everyday. Most of the purchasers want the 10k although some reluctant at first but after further explanation then they accepted. Only 3-4 that I remember keep insist that they don't want n they manages to sign the booking without 10k, just 300k
