i went to made the booking fees yesterday. took side by side car park and the extra work. however, i regretted about the extra work and decided to cancel so called just now, and one of the SA now told me that the extra work is tied up with the parking..so if I want to cancel the extra work, parking has to be cancelled also..i feel being cheated, they never mention that the parking and extra work being tied up initially! and i feel that they are forcing people to take the extra work..anything i can do now? thanks

i think around 40 made their booking...apparently only 1 didn't take the additional works but i heard from the staff they made a mistake by letting the purchaser take up additional car park without additional works.

I think they didn't do their job well...different staff telling different story...many were told that the office not opening on sat & sun but i went there today and the office was actually open...now suddenly come out rajes who claimed she's the person incharge and said additional car park is packaged together with additional works...how come they didn't communicate well among them before telling the purchasers...so confusing

basically furnitures got white kulat .. that time, parquet flooring also got terminates..
moved away after 2 months...  my friend told me that easily can get "angin" or "fong sap" because ada water and in long run, not good for health.. that the reason why it is a time bomb

Hello, I went to site visit just now. Just want to share a few pics from the construction site. Actually Block A, specifically my unit 3A is very near to the htc (approx 60m).

What is the problem if near to HTC?
