yes, the cheque is issued to the law firm. and i did ask one of the staff there (looks like management level), he told me if i happen to cancel the booking they will refund in full + interest from fd - processing fees

but i never ask in detail on what is the interest rate of the fd and also the processing fees.

i asked him how to cancel, he said just write in.

and all these no black and white on the letter of intent.

and just to add a couple of info i got from the same guy.

he said snp likely to be signed in June and piling sometime in December. so, expect the second disbursement then.

So the 10% paid is earning fd interest ? If snp signed in jun, means purchaser can enjoy the interest as part of the payment or something ?

Interest should not only be given to those cancel booking right ?

Its leasehold.. till 2112.

Deposit can refund in full? I remember if you opt to pull out, there's admin/processing fee, unless your loan application is rejected.

tat location is mixed between leasehold n freehold...

Freehold: The Z Residence, The Rainz.....600k above

Leasehold: Kiara 1 & 2, Casa Green....

but the nearest to LRT stations...is leasehold land.... hmm.gif

Have to go to the office to put name under waiting list and wait for their call if there is any drop out. fully refund according to them if you cancel the booking but still need to pay admin charges of RM50.

actually good also....this project is for genuine buyers or loaded investors....will filter out the flippers n ikan bilis... tongue.gif

To me this will be a nice place to stay when the proposed link and shopping malls are up. Hoped they can complete this project less than 4 years...

still this one is the cheapest LRT related project in term of RM psf in current market....then the location is superd...but environment n surrounding quiet run down...hope everything will bcome better once the LRT stations are completed in year 2016... flex.gif
