I'm block A buyer, Just signed loan agreement with SF Chin, seriously their service very lousy, when ask them question they will just say that is normal procedure, when i saw the legal fees they charge me 4990, while others got 4300, then i ask her again why i getting charge higher than other people, she say because they took the discount for legal fees, and she try to trick me say, do you want to take the discount also? If took this discount next time you cannot get discount. I thinking wth, this discount is for first home purchase only can get discount, and you tell me to keep it for next time. Just be extra careful dealing with them, and guess what? I thought i save some bucks, but end up kena potong by them, the tax invoice stated -30% under HDA, it should be 50% for first home buyer.

I faced the same problem when dealing with SF Chin. The attending lawyer, Carol is the most unpolished lawyer I had came across. Hopefully her work is on par with her foolish arrogance. Really spoil an otherwise joyful occasion of buying a house.

30% under Hda is legal fee for new development project. 50% is on stampduty waiver for first house.

you should've say lower than 4300 haha. But you include loan agreement in your loan d why you still need to pay 4300? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it the same thing?
