For RUMAWIP potential owners, I share your concerns on HTC.
With 300K and all the future developments near BJ, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
For home stay, what can we ask for more in 4 years time and with sharing facilities.
Price wise, Block A owners already gained in terms of psqft. No need worry too much, there's always market for different segment down the road. Upgrade to better house when ready.

Lucky me I got high floor, 3+, facing Kesas.. Some say noisy but we'll just get used to it somehow
Been waiting for 5 yrs to get my own house, so this is an opportunity.. Be blessed and grateful if you can get one.
Just my 2 cents thought
Other PRIMA & RUMAWIP project may not have the similar concept, all launched with same price.
Some is facing sewage, cemetery, HTC, no LRT, police station, mosque,remote area... At least Casa Green is just HTC..
