just went to ballot today...so 15k by this week, another 15k upon sign the spa...is there any legal fees need to pay? how much loan aggrement?

15k deposit need to pay within a week and sign the offer to purchase.

Because the law firm that is doing Casa Green's SPA can give you discount since they are doing in bulk for both SPA and loan agreement    Loan amount RM293k with RHB bank.

288k + 5k legal fee. Before this only estimate the legal fee around 5k so I put that figure in the loan. Not sure how the difference need to be dealt with. Later only see how since difference is small haha~
Premium pay is RM110/month for MLTA. Depends on age and occupation~
