So far after reading this forum seems people not confident due to landmine soil issue and might have house defects in long term, developer seems not promising, overpriced, marketing gimmick putting all sold out on board, etc. My humble question;

1. Is it good property for home stay?
2. Is there any other development nearby Cybersouth that have better price range (20 x70 or 22 x 75) since my wife working in Putrajaya and me working in Cyberjaya? Looking for home stay and budget less than RM600k, not investment.

Need your feedback ASAP as I am in progress to deposit RM5000 soon. Afraid might regret later stage.

Please advise. Thanks.

Saujana klia @ kota warisan is the best choice in term of price, size, low entry cost, township, loc & amenities

Cybersounth has the mining land concern, but Saujana KLIA is situated along air traffic path and not many can accept the noise level. Personally I'll avoid both.

Can consider Cyberjaya PR1MA, Dengkil subsale, or future SD new launching township.

anyway, got info from agent where they said phase 1 have some part are reclaim, phase 2 is solid ground.. hmm

If the work is good, the issue with reclaim land or soft land shouldnt be any issue.
