hi i got info fr developer. the land has been filled 4-5 years ago parcel by parcel basis. it a big land. that is why the duration varies.

as for the fencing, its written in deed of mutual covenant the houses are without fencing and buyers have to oblige to this open concept..

Debt Service Ratio ie the ratio of your debts to your nett income. Bankers use it to judge your loan egligibility.

Can get low interest wan bro but suffer like crazy la to pay it!
