No prove.. but we choose to trust mct since they have done so many project. anyway, unless we can find the map on google map let say 5 years ago until now and see how is the land there. if really dowan take the risk then better buy other place dy cos 6xx k for some ppl are too risky ~

This is a 10 years township project. Still so many phases and commercial to build. U think MCT really plan to build a sinking township?? Come on... be positive.
