I got it on their website. SA told me open for booking now....

Seeing so many people commenting about not able to extending the backyard and not allowed to raise fences and stuff...

I'm on the other hand felt that this is still fine. I'm personally stayed in another similar concept in Puchong property and currently is looking for another house to buy and I found that this property is rather OK (IMO). I have booked a unit yesterday and paying bank draft today.

The only concern I'm having is land settlement whereby I did quite have a bit of worried with it comes to me as is a ex tin mining. Another would be 99-years Leasing Renewal, no black and white from SnP or any other form of agreement.

Getting this for ownstay and hope that everyone can be a very good neighborhood

I heard that Cyberjaya has very much an oversupply of residential properties so it might not be a good idea to buy a property there because one would have problem renting it out.

Anyone knows whether this is true?
