No one can answer your question, but i think cybersouth is not the first project build on ex-mining land, so you have to do some homework before you make your decision. No worry, i am one of the buyer, you are not alone  |

Just receive some update from my SA, MCT management internally inform their sales team that MCT is going to extend the lease to 99 years during the subdivision of the individual tittle. I think soon they will announce to everyone.

If I not mistaken, the Lake fields formally developed by YTL near sg besi also use to be mining land.
the condo developed by hua yang which just completed also near sg besi use to be mining land.
See these properties....... seem nothing happen.....
