Anyone signing the S&P this saturday? Received a call from my SA asking me to sign S&P this Saturday at one city. The 2k rebate is still available.

Just notice that completion period is 36 months, not 24 months... Today i only know that MCT get the approval to extend from 24 months to 36 months, so it will not complete by 2017 Q2, but 2018 Q2.

Some update from MCT
1. Building platform at minimum 2.5m above pond level
2. No pilling for backyard portion
3. Wall height between houses approximately 2 feets

Sorry you are right, not facing but next to. No one can answer your question, but i think cybersouth is not the first project build on ex-mining land, so you have to do some homework before you make your decision. No worry, i am one of the buyer, you are not alone 

So MCT consider as good or bad quality developer? Any bad thing happened on those project developed by MCT before?
