Cyberjaya has so many choices..(if u intend to invest there...why pick fake cyberjaya address at dengkil? Catch no ball until today....sorry need to bring this up again about ah pai kor FR recommendation again...@@. Selayang one as well..hollanding.

Truly heartbreaking saw all the defect pic of the house. Hope all the owner have strength to face all this problem

Its like dejavu when i finished read this whole thread. So much mix review from the beginning. Honestly, i was envy to those who bought greencasa/cyberview/laman view.

4years ago we have be dreaming to own new brand house with G&G...but all props overbudget for our own pocket. 2018 we start serious, visit several project, maple residence, SEG, casawood. We felt in love with casawood cause the price is within budget even though we pick the lake view unit. Tha SA sooo bloody good, until our loan have been approved, without any booking fee. We didnt realize about the loan approval. But we delay2 and not pickup any calls from the SA. At the end of year, we know about the mulia residences project by emkay. Looking at the show house instantly we place the booking nov 18. SPA signed on jan19

Hope emkay can deliver what they promise

i tot mulia more expensive than casa wood? bukan ke? or their 3 storey similar pricing?

Yup, mulia more pricey than casawood.
But casawood got unit with lake view...something that we dream, and the lake view unit have modern design, kitchen at front porch.

MXT reputation at first place already not that great... With the cybersouth... Now even worse... Feel sorry for the buyers.

Remember at one time some agents are pitching CS as DPC 2.0... They think just with 15ft linear garden already can copy dpc...

Hopefully the buyers all will group up and fight the MXT and teach them a good lesson and fight for their right.

Flat concrete roof need extensive water proofing and not suitable in heavy rain country. This is a price to pay for unique or different designs.

Sometimes, have you guys ever wonder why should the buyer HOPE that developer to deliver their promise? Isn't it is what the developer should do? It's not like they need to hope that the bank will release money to them during construction? Why aren't we get protected? What went wrong?

Looking at those pictures, it's totally speechless!
I almost ended up buying Cybersouth few years back!
It's a nice location but really ended up in the wrong hand, I feel terribly sorry for those buyers!
