Yeah, I agree.. It's not about the location (though I'm all for calling a place it's actual name than appending compass directions to it) and more about the workmanship. I believe that most, if not all who bought for own stay purposes, must have already done their research of the area and saw that it works for them. Except now and upon completion, some have little to no defects and others as we've seen have defects that simply boggles the mind. It's like, how was it okay to handover keys without first making sure that someone's supposedly brand new house, is actually done right and brand new. But no, must first use it as a warehouse, trash it and then give the new owner rclxub.gif shakehead.gif .. Cases like this is why I support the build till completion first, then only sell and or release funds to the developers. They could have easily just built actual warehouses in designated spots and once done, demolish it, prep the area back nicely and build the house for the owner. Really feel sorry for that first guy's place. If I, I'd head straight back and just throw the keys back at the sales agent. Ask em to come go see the "brand new house" first and then look me in the eye and say it's completed and ready for occupancy.. ranting.gif
