lol... landed is still scarce... for own stay... its still quite okay.... for condo... if 800k sold out that is the main concern on how is the market performance... anyway... plenty of semi D superlink still gt many developer units left in klang valley... so market still soft...

ask yourself... are you okay with travelling 40 mins per way to KL everyday.... are you the type that are okay to drive for certain timing.... solve this mindset... you are good to go for this project... haha.... generally its nice and refeshing.... the leftover casa view units also quite spacious and nice....

well.... if not okay.... i think u cant stand the travelling time to kl haha.... i before move to outskirt of klang valley... i already used to jams and long hours drive within klang valley... so generally.... its nothing for me for now.... haha.... and given this far from kl.... i dont think u should commit yourself into a landed at such budget... such budget u can try to get a unit at setia alam or elmina.... its better to travel to KL from there.... and also easier to access PJ and subang.... cybersouth u have only cyberyjaya to rely on.... of course its your choice... haha

maybe wont have such size... but have some new units below the current cybersouth pricing.... maybe you can have a look at their sales gallery.... and these two locations freehold.... personally with your budget i will go with these two locations instead of dengkil.... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

30km... cannot ba abit hard... haha... if for new development.... less than 40km can consider.... as long as within 20 mins (non peak hours) u can go to alot of matured cities should be ok already.... which i think setia alam and elmina serve this purpose... haha....
