earlier on developer might plan for balloting (initial stage)
due to current market condition, they got no choice, hv to ask for booking now

Lake View is nice. Only thing is facing North West.... Lake is not under MCT but under another developer, the lake is green blue in color. This area not flooded according to local residents. Flooded area normally at Dengkil town near to the apartment/Petronas area.
This is a good buy for those who can't afford landed property in Puchong/Cyberjaya. From Dengkil to Bukit Puchong First LDP toll it takes about 12 min drives.
The whole development will inject with 10acre of lush green park. It's going to be a very well plan township, but it's not for short term investment.

Stiff competition I think from Serenia City and Bdr Puteri Warisan as both are freehold. Brand new township like this definitely not for short term investment, I think have to hold min 5 years to get good returns.

Boss that's not possible lar.

Corners are few, intermediate are more.

When the intermediate is < 5%, even if all corners are sold, can't achieve 20% !

my understanding of the 5% is for intermediate.... and 20% for overall sales which to answer your curiosity .

you have to clarify with the 2 bosses.

I think for landed people still want bigger land area. People are rejecting 18x65 land area .....

A bit further away Saujana KLIA is considered doing OK. Leasehold also.

Yeah, 18x65 damn small la that's why response is so poor! Nowadays the trend is to buy superlink houses like 30x100 in Elmina lo, this 18x65 is "old school" and outdated concept! shakehead.gif
