I'm not very sure my auto top up in grab for hsbc card not working, but I manage to top up 200 and get the rewards.

my balance falls below preset  amount for auto top up, no auto top up get trigger.

I faced the same issue b4, report to CS will resolve the auto topup issue

This one everyone also can get, not exclusively  for HSBC x Grab top up promotion. It means you no top up also can get.

Now, we are waiting the RM15/20 voucher which we have already done the reload/top up. Normally, we immediately can get it but dunno what happen this round. 

I contacted hsbc CS and they gave me stupid answer say that monthly quota is not refreshed and it has been fully redeemed even though i reloaded at 12.04am, lousy CS
