For those unlucky ones like myself who topped up at midnight and didn't get the voucher, please report in once the voucher appears in your account.

Anyone topped up late during or after Xmas last month received the RM15 voucher?! 😅

Same, not going to top up again but I think Grab should reimburse the RM15 voucher to us.

Same here, I reported around 1am on yday but no reply yet! And it's getting annoying cuz everyone who top up later receives the vouchers except some of us who topped up early!

Btw, what time did you top up? 12am as well? Regret topping up on time seriously, kiasu much.. 😣

Have u reported it to Grab? Not sure what's taking them so long! At least a reply informing us they are looking into the problem!!!

I called them up, no solution neither. Asked me to wait, usually takes 1-3 days but may take up to a week.

Update: a lousy customer service replied my case and kept closing my ticket. I did inquire Dec & Jan RM15 voucher, she told me Dec vouchers was fully redeemed on 4 Dec and i am fine with that - but mentioned nothing about my 1Jan top up!!! I asked again, she used the same reply and closed my case. Had to reopen the case, she asked for screenshot which I already provided several times. Then asked me which campaign I'm referring to - WTF!!!! How about the rest of you?

The officer who handled my case was terrible, kept rounding the bush telling me Dec quota finished. Inquired further, replied me with all previous months fully redeemed date. Already emphasized I am referring to Jan 2021 promo, I topped up at midnight on first day. He acts dumb requested for the campaign I'm referring to - WTF! And guess what? In the end he told me campaign has a limit of 520k quota based on the link I shared and already fully redeemed!! I guess he didn't even bother to read all the T&C, I seriously dunno what is wrong with him.

Which department is the officer who responded to your ticket? Mine is from Pay Ops. I told him if he to escalate my case to relevant department if he doesn't know how to solve the issue. Just terrible!!

Anyone knows where I can lodge a complaint about this terrible officer?

Kindly advise how do you request for SST rebate? What did they offer to you to credit you the RM25 cashback?

I just the 'chat' function instead, lazy to call. Was been told will SST rebate will be credited in 4-8 weeks time.

Mine used to be auto reverse for the past years, this time I had to request it manually but it was just charged the day before. I did not wait any longer and contacted CS for AF waiver. It was fast though, I got to rebate the next morning!

Aiya.. I still can't use auto-top up lately have topped up too much because of all credit cards cashback promo.. Since daily limit is only RM700, I thought I could transfer another time at 12am today but transaction failed.

So I have to wait till 24 hours after my last transfer transaction? I hope the quota has not finished by then.

So is this a monthly promotion? The next round will be 1st of Sept right?
