I always encounter this problem with HSBC "chat with us" function, I sent my inquiries to CS early in the morning. I did not expect them to reply quickly based on past experience and CS replied about 6 hours later but there was no notification that there was response from the app.
Do you guys face the same issue? Is there some kind of setting that I should update? |
