HI, may I know for those who got the RM 688 cash back under mass acquisition programme, will the RM 688 be used to off set the outstanding under the 0% 12 months balance transfer if I do not make any minimum payment?

Rather than u hoping they'll offset like u think, better u just pay the minimum. Let the 688 deduct from the total BT oustanding. Call the CS ask them to check and recalculate back on the last 2 months of the repayment.

Will not offset. Instead, the outstanding balance will reduce by 688, then the new balance x 5% as the min payment ror that month.

For those who applied HSBC credit card for rm500 Lazada voucher promotion, want to check that if the requirement of rm1k retails transaction including all types of transaction? Any exclusion like bill payment, online transaction, etc? So far I can't find any write up on this.

dont seem have any, so any purchases/payments will do, as long as you use the card.

others said 2-3 weeks after achieved the spending criteria. some got it earlier. perhaps hsbc process in batches.

5 weeks since I spent 1.5K but no news yet on the vouchers. Some folks here got theirs in less than 1 week!

my only transaction was Balance Transfer lol..
I called and ask when can i get my voucher, somehow the CS i guess new or what, said will need to check further only can confirm whether BT is part the tnc for me to redeem 500.
