So far no affordable housing in dpc masterplan but Athg can happen la. Ws3 should b a safe bet with tis price tag la. Even west facing oso won't b too bad thanks to the almost completed foresta. Extra object to view fr far. But forests scary hor. Wats the class of the slope??? |

Many people's definition of affordable housing means 400-500k for a condo in DPC.
Just like Trinitiy Aquata, where one pay 50% less than others. |
