seems the momentum building up to the launch is slacking off ?

current economic and political situation in the country are making some people cautious as to their financial commitments I reckon but
am sure there will be some gungho type of buyers who think that as long as they get their hands on the cheapest, sure make money wan wor..

Agent told me that there are some WS1 owners still waiting to rent out their units out which have been on the market for more than 8 months..

Inventory ada banyak still..

now WS2 is ready ..its gonna be challenging I reckon ..

1st batch owner or Subsales owner? If 1st owner mean vacant almost 2 years liao wo.

Rental is very depends on luck n timing de. Some fast some slow, rules of the game.

For own stay with small family, which condo u recommend?
Nadia, north shore, breeze way , ws1, ws2 or ws3?

Boss for new one of cos ws3 at attractive pricing. If wan immediate usage then its pretty much on personal preference liao. Design n asking price differ all projects here.

I would say grab one breezeway and hope Arcadia does well for future appreciation....

Boss some ppl dislike the bz surrounding wo. Furthermore breezeway limited stock in market.

It won't b full one. Look at the older phase like Nadia, NS, breezeway & WS1 also never full. High end condo usually at least 30% vacant.
